Over 20 years of professional experience in Government, Education, Industrial, and Health as a Technical Support Professional. As a ITIL trained tech I identify and fulfill the needs and demands of all in need of 2nd and 3rd tier IT Helpdesk support. As a liason I support staff and network engineers, and vendors accomplish there daily task and projects with IT. My routine responsibilities include but are not limited to desktop, server, mobile, WiFi, A/V support, telecom, LAN & WAN, application deployment and troubleshooting.
